Private Tourist Guide Reservations

  • The private tourist guide service fee is based on the complexity of the tour, number of participants and time booked.

*The transportation expenses and entrance fees are additional to the tour guide’s rate.

Private Tour Guide custom made tour design fee:

  • We put in many hours and effort in researching and designing a custom design tour. Past experiences has taught us that some customers have utilized our knowledge and resources and opted to hire another tour operator or gone on their own with the information we provided to them free of charge.  For such reason, a non-refundable US$100.00 tour design fee will be charged prior to providing suggestions and or alternatives to your Private Tour Guide reservation request. The US$100.00 tour design fee will be deducted from the final tour guide services quoted fee when the customer confirms the reservations.

  • An electronic invoice will be sent to your E-mail address for your revision and approval.  We will commence designing the tour when we receive your answers to the questions sent to your E-mail address after the confirmation of your payment.
