Tour survey answers:   The tour guides meet us on time at the Pier.  They were dressed with a neat and clean uniform.  We were attended by courteous and cheerful tour guides.  Debbie and Gabriela provided enough information and answered our questions to our satisfaction.  They also took the extra step to satisfy our needs and showed us the rest stops.  The walking and bus tour were entertaining and we enjoyed the route taken on the tour.  The drivers were courteous and operated the bus with caution. The the bus ride was comfortable, clean, and we could clearly hear the tour guide's voice and music over the speakers.  The tour ended at the airport and on time. Everything was great! Tour Survey - The excursions organized by RCL's Navigator were expensive, crowded, poor quality, always late, more concerned about getting tips rather than doing the tour, and not informative. The one in Nassau was in an overcrowded boat with gas fumes! In San Juan we asked Legends to provide us with a driver and bus (that accommodated 22). Because everyone in our party was bilingual the driver provided commentaries. They have English-speaking guides. The cost was reasonable. As a U.S. Department of State officer I have organized visits for First Ladies and Presidents and Legends treated us as if WE were the First Family! Jaime, our driver, was great! Legends of Puerto Rico is one of the best groups with whom I have dealt. Highly recommended! Our driver's sole desire was to show off San Juan and his beautiful island! Hire this company now! DO NOT book shore excursions through RCL! Call Legends! Trust me on this one.

Tour Survey - I am very pleased that Debbie responded our "SOS" and that she was able to accommodate our very demanding schedule. 
We were very pleased that Jaime and Debbie were always on time and that we were able to do everything we had planned to do.  Thank you Debbie for suggesting visiting "La Parguera," that was amazing.  We were delighted to meet Don Jaime, and to visit el Yunque with him was a magical experience.  Thank you all.

Tour Survey - Debbie was an awesome, energetic tour guide with lots of information about Puerto Rico and San Juan. The drivers of the buses were also very professional and they were extra nice to everyone. They even made a grocery store stop on the way back to Palmas Del Mar at the request of the passengers. They were patient with the tardiness of some of the passengers. Debbie did an excellent job organizing the transportation and the tour that appealed to our group. We did however need more time to tour the El Morro Fort.
