I am Debbie, the senior tour guide for Legends of Puerto Rico.  I designed the San Juan Nights tour because I want you to be at the right place at night time.  I am often asked:

"Where do you have fun after a tour in Old San Juan?"

I have fun at the lounges and restaurants with live music, events and shows with no cover charge in Old San Juan. My schedule is different every night!

I visit 3 to 4 places in 2 hours, depending upon the ambiance, people and event at the places visited. 

I show up without reservations and sit or stand at the bar with a smile and blend in with the locals while enjoying signature tropical rum cocktails or the local beer.  Of course I look for happy hours.  I will coordinate reservations for this tour.

I have fun at Old San Juan's most creative and friendliest restaurants. I dance or listen to tropical Latin rhythms or jazz music at most festive lounges.

I clap during the live show with Flamenco dancers and laugh at comedians jokes in Spanish and English.

The custom rule is to pay for historical day or night walking tours at such cities as Old San Juan.  During this tour you will be paying to know where to go and how to enjoy Old San Juan's night life, so to be at the right place at the right time.

If you decide to join my San Juan Nights, you can continue enjoying the nightlife after the tour with the late night itinerary I gathered.

The concierge may or may not inform you of the restaurants' events schedule for the evening,  but only a tour guide (ME) knows where to go in case there is a show cancellation and add diversity.

You decide to hang out with a local (ME) and experience the Puerto Rican social night life culture or guess where to go and what to do.

San Juan Nights inaugural tour on Friday May 27, 2011 was a huge success!  A group of 5 professionals from Boston enjoyed listening to live jazz, watched a Flamenco show and got inspired by the soft rock music played by a duet.

Tour Details

Tour days:  Fridays & Saturdays
Tour does not operate on Good Friday,  December 24, 25 and 31st and January 1st

Schedule: 8:00PM to 10:00PM
Hours: 2-hours walking tour.
Group size:  Minimum of 4 up to 10
Languages: English and Spanish.

Meet and greet: At the San Christopher Columbus Statue at Colon Plaza. The tour guide will have a Legends of Puerto Rico sign.

Note: Must be 23 years of age or older
Dress: Wear comfortable shoes Semi casual attire (Excellent jeans, No T-shirts. No shorts, No beach sandals.)

Places to visit: Different restaurants or lounges with no admission fee to scheduled events or shows.  We sit or stand at the bar or at a table. No minimum consumption required.

Tour ends at a lounge or restaurant in Old San Juan
Weather:  Tour takes place rain or shine.
Included:  Services provided by an expert Puerto Rican tour guide.
Excluded:  Food and drinks, tips for the guide & transportation

+7% sales tax
